Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed:

- Your order will be packed securely.
- Your shipment will be handed over to one of our trusted logistics partners.
- You'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking information.
Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep
Order Changes & Cancellation
You may request changes or cancellation before your order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed or handed over to our logistics partner, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
