Return Eligibility
We offer a 5-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund:
- The request must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date.
- The product must remain unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (where applicable).
- A clear, unedited parcel opening video is required for claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
The parcel opening video should clearly capture:
- The sealed outer package
- The inner packaging
- The product and its condition
- The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
This helps us verify claims quickly and process your request fairly.
Eligible Return & Refund Cases
1. Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Upon verification, you may choose either:
- A free replacement (subject to product availability), or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
2. Damaged or Defective Product
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days and provide the required parcel opening video.
After verification, you may choose:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund.
3. Lost Shipment
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by our logistics partner, you may choose:
- A replacement product (subject to availability), or
- A full refund.
Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted logistics partners to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.
If your order is significantly delayed, our customer support team will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
Returns, refunds, or replacements may not be accepted in the following situations:
- The return request is submitted more than 5 days after delivery.
- The required parcel opening video is not provided for damage, incorrect product, or missing item claims.
- The submitted video is edited, incomplete, or unclear.
- The customer selected the incorrect product, size, colour, or variant while placing the order.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance resulting from lighting, photography, or screen display settings.
- Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging (where applicable).
Orders Returned Due to Customer Reasons
If an order is returned because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer;
- The customer being unavailable to receive the order after reasonable delivery attempts;
- Refusal to accept the delivery; or
- Failure to collect the shipment from the courier (where applicable),
any applicable re-shipping charges may be payable before the order can be dispatched again.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed or handed over to our shipping partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request if processing has not yet begun.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
